Organizational Structure

This organizational structure of the office allows the integration of all the aspects of the design and construction process within an approach inspired by independence, functionality, and a team spirit 

The founder, president and managing director of NG Design Office is Cons. Arch. Nader Alphonse Goubran.  The managing director is responsible for the administrative, non-technical duties within the office. His jurisdiction also includes the general administration, Public relations, and accounting departments. 

The office has four sectors headed by sector leaders who have had a long-standing contribution to the office. They are the cornerstones of the office decision-making process. The heads of the departments are tasked with compiling, supervising, and executing all aspects related to projects under their auspices. Together with the president, act as chief executive officer.
